New in packaging with tags attached
Not worn or washed
Within 10 days of delivery
Exchanged for a product of equal value
Free of odor, stains, and pet hair or any of the like and kind that would prevent resale.
Purchased directly from Heavenly Sleeps LLC. No BST/Consignment products can be returned or exchanged even if all other requirements are met. There must be an official Heavenly Sleeps LLC order number and delivery confirmation provided in the name of the customer requesting the exchange or return. If your item was a gift, please have the original customer reach out to us to confirm purchase order.

At the discretion of Heavenly Sleeps LLC, if product appears used or damaged in photos / videos provided by customer that would have happened in transit or after delivery, product will not qualify for a return or exchange.
