Processing and Shipping: For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for Knitted & Known to process and ship your items. Rest assured, an email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Kindly note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active in the USPS system.
International Orders: For our valued international customers, please be aware that any import duties and custom fees within your own country are your responsibility. Unfortunately, Knitted & Known is unable to determine the exact duration of delivery once your order reaches customs in your specific country. We are not shipping internationally at this time!
Upgraded Priority Shipping: If you opt for our upgraded priority shipping option, the processing time remains 1-2 days, while the shipping time is accelerated to 2-3 days. This ensures a faster delivery for your convenience. For all other orders, we utilize first-class mail, which typically takes approximately 3-5 days.
Important Address Details: We kindly request that you ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. In the event of an incorrect address, Knitted & Known cannot be held responsible for mis-delivery. Should you identify any errors, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before your order is shipped.
