Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are here to help! While our return policy is strictly enforced for the safety and reputation of our business and customers, we will always be willing to chat and see how we can assist.
Please read carefully below and reach out to us when you're ready!
Items eligible for exchange & returns:
- New in packaging with tags attached
- Not worn or washed
- Within 10 days of delivery
- Exchanged for a product of equal value
- Free of odor, stains, and pet hair or any of the like and kind that would prevent resale.
- Purchased directly from Heavenly Sleeps LLC. No BST/Consignment products can be returned or exchanged even if all other requirements are met. There must be an official Heavenly Sleeps LLC order number and delivery confirmation provided in the name of the customer requesting the exchange or return. If your item was a gift, please have the original customer reach out to us to confirm purchase order.
Terms:
At the discretion of Heavenly Sleeps LLC, if product appears used or damaged in photos / videos provided by customer that would have happened in transit or after delivery, product will not qualify for a return or exchange.
Heavenly Sleeps LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
By purchasing Pre Orders, you understand that all Pre Orders are non refundable.
