What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@knittedandknownco.com. Our return policy is as follows:
Must return within 3 days of delivery of the product
Product must be unwashed and unworn
All original tags must be in place and product must be fit for resale
Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, etc.)
A refund for store credit will be awarded to your account for the amount of the cost of the product + tax.
When will I receive my order?
Currently our processing times for orders are 1-2 business days, though we do try to pack them as soon as we are able. Estimated shipping times are 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 5 business days for USPS Ground Shipping.
Do your products run true to size?
If you prefer your little one to have room to grow into their pajamas or have a child who quickly outgrows their clothing, we recommend ordering their current clothing size. If your child prefers a snug fit immediately, we recommend ordering one size down. Bamboo is very stretchy, and can fit for a long time.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. We are working on refining our shipping costs to allow us to ship to our friends abroad. Bear with us as we make this journey as a business that seeks to glorify the Lord!
